December 2023 One of the Warmest on Record

(Undated) – Unseasonably warm temperatures to wrap up the year could make December 2023 one of the warmest on record. Here at the Classic Hits, WTYE, studio, we recorded an average high for the month of fifty degrees and a low of thirty-three. The warmest day of the month came on the 26th when we recorded a daytime high of sixty-four. December 2022 ended with an average high of forty-three and an average low of twenty-four. WTYE continues to be an official weather recording and reporting station for the National Weather Service.
