(Undated) – Crawford Memorial Hospital is inviting you to “Love Your Heart.” CMH Director of Marketing, Becky Ruppel, encourages area women to mark their calendars for this free “Lunch and Learn” and Wellness Expo set for February 20th at Quail Creek Country Club. The “Love Your Heart” Lunch and Learn event will focus on women’s heart health. Booths open at 11:30 a.m., Lunch starts at 11:45 a.m., and the Heart Smart talk starts at 12:15 p.m. Ruppel says the day will feature three incredible speakers ready to share their expertise and insights on various aspects of women’s health from nutrition tips to mental well-being.
