Gas Prices Jump Across the Country

(Undated) – Gas prices moved higher over the last week. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average has climbed six cents from Monday to $3.18 a gallon. Here in Illinois, the price at the pump has jumped eighteen cents from Monday’s average to $3.34 a gallon. In Indiana, the price per gallon has climbed back above the three-dollar mark to $3.14, a twenty-nine-cent jump from Monday. Oklahoma continues to have the lowest price in the nation, unchanged from Monday, at $2.62 a gallon. Drivers in California are paying the highest statewide average at $4.58 a gallon.
