(Palestine) – The Palestine Unit 3 Board meets tonight. In “Action Items,” the board will consider authorizing the Superintendent to seek fuel and trash service bids for the 2024-2025 school year. In other business, the Superintendent will be authorized to prepare the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 District Budget. They will also review bids for the maintenance grant project and approve the public school calendar for the 2024-2025 school year. Lastly, the Unit 3 Board will review a resolution providing for the issue of $478,000 General Obligation School Bonds to increasing the Working Cash Fund of the District. The Unit 3 Board meets this evening at 6 p.m. at the Palestine Grade School.
