(Undated) – A new study says a popular weight loss technique could be a health risk. The American Heart Association on Monday announced a study that showed adults practicing “intermittent fasting” on an eight-hour restricted eating schedule had a ninety-one-percent higher chance of cardiovascular disease than those who ate normally. However, the study also showed intermittent fasting did not increase the risk of death from any cause.
