(Undated) – Gas prices continue to trend lower as we begin a new week. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is $3.41 a gallon, six cents lower than Friday. Here in Illinois, the statewide average is $3.76 a gallon, down six cents from Friday. Across the river in Indiana, the statewide average is $3.31 a gallon, down five cents from Friday. Oklahoma currently has the lowest statewide average at $2.88 a gallon, down a nickel from Friday. Drivers in California are paying the most at $4.86 a gallon, down seven cents from Friday.
