Oblong Announces Weekend Road Closings

(Oblong) – The Village of Oblong is reminding the public of some weekend street closings. According to Oblong Mayor, Teresa Fielder, beginning tomorrow at 4 p.m. South Range Street from the 4-Way stop to Missouri Street will be closed. On Saturday, beginning at 6 a.m. South Range Street will be closed from the 4-Way Stop to Indiana Street and North Range will be closed from the 4-Way Stop to Illinois Street. Fielder also reminds the public that there will be no parking on Main Street Saturday. Everyone is reminded to take extra caution this weekend navigating the streets and neighborhoods of Oblong during the Fall Follies.
