(Undated) – Wind chill and a wintery mix are in our forecast. The current forecast for the listening area is calling for a chance of mixed precipitation including rain and snow as well as wind-chill readings hovering in the 20s today as northwesterly winds gust 40-50 mph. DTN Ag Meteorologist, John Baranick, says there isn’t a real clear forecast for this winter, making it hard to predict.
Meteorological winter runs from December 1st to February 28th.
