(Undated) – GasBuddy has released its 2025 Fuel Price Outlook. GasBuddy Head of Petroleum Analysis, Patrick De Haan, says they are forecasting a third consecutive year of lower gas prices.
De Haan says fuel prices are seasonal and likely to be lowest in January before steadily climbing as we move toward the summer driving season. He says while the current decline represents continued relief for American drivers, it comes amid emerging uncertainties surrounding geopolitical tensions, potential tariffs, and a change in energy policies that add risk to this year’s forecast.
