Gas Prices Decline for Second Straight Year

(Undated) – Following a few weeks of rising gas prices, the national average has reversed course, declining as we close out 2024. According to GasBuddy Head of Petroleum Analysis, Patrick De Haan, 2024 will mark the second consecutive year of a decline in the national average. He says overall, he expects the national average to remain mostly stable. The current national average has rebounded from yesterday’s average, climbing four cents to $3.03 a gallon.
