Higgins Sentenced to IDOC

(Undated) – An area man has been sentenced to time in the Illinois Department of Corrections. According to Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, during a December 18th court appearance, Curtis Higgins was sentenced to four years on a Class 3 Felony charge of Failure to Report to a Penal Institution. The Robinson Police Department assisted in the prosecution of this case.
