Gas Prices Tick Higher

(Undated) – Gas prices have ticked higher from a week ago. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is $3.07 a gallon, up four cents from last Friday. Here in Illinois, the statewide average is $3.20 a gallon, down a penny from a week ago. Across the Wabash in Indiana, the statewide average is up eleven cents from last Friday to $3.15 a gallon. Oklahoma drivers are paying the lowest prices in the nation with an average of $2.52 a gallon, down a penny from last Friday. Those in California are paying the highest prices at $4.31 a gallon, up one cent from a week ago.
