Matheson Sentenced to IDOC

(Undated) — A Sullivan, Illinois man was sentenced to time in the Illinois Department of Corrections during a December 30th Crawford County Court appearance. Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, reports Chad Matheson was sentenced to eight years in the IDOC on a Class 2 Felony charge of Unlawful Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. Matheson was also sentenced to three years on a Class 4 Felony charge of Aggravated Fleeing and Attempting to Elude a Peace Officer. Shaner says the two sentences are to run concurrently. The Robinson Police Department assisted in the prosecution of this case.
