(Oblong) — Dates for two upcoming events in Oblong were confirmed at last night Oblong Village Board meeting. The annual Antique Tractor & Engine Show will be August 10th, 11th and 12th at the Crawford County Fairgrounds. The Character Counts 5K Fun Run date was set for April 6th. Rain dates were also set for April 13th & 20th. With the continued possibility of winter weather the village is reminding residents not to park in the street. If you are parked in the street it makes the job of snow removal much more difficult. Residents of Oblong are also reminded that the Home Pride awards will begin in April. The board reminds you to keep your yard and home in good condition. Remove the clutter from your property and get your trash to the curb for proper disposal.
