(Robinson) – LTC picked up a 74-62 win over Rend Lake last night to improve to 6-0 on the season. The Statesmen were led in scoring by Alex Heath and Daniel Hurst with 16 points each. Lamar Lillard and Jaylon Holmes added 9 points apiece. The Lady Statesmen also improved their record with a 73-65 win over Rend Lake. They were led in scoring by Olivia Bryant with 15 points. Emilia Bryant chipped in 13 and Andrea Adams put up 12 as the Lady Statesmen improve to 5-1. The Statesmen will be back on the hardwood the 28th for Homecoming as they face Lewis and Clark. The Lady Statesmen will face Lindenwood Bellville also on the 28th.
