The Lincoln Trail Statesmen led 50-39 at the half, but could not hold on as they fell to visiting Olney Central 91-88 at the LTC Sports Center.
Lawrence Williams and Justin Williams combined for 47 of Lincoln Trail’s 88 points. Lawrence has a game high 28 while Justin added 19. Casius Bell Jr. was also in double figures for Lincoln Trail with 13.
Olney Central had 4 Blue Knights in double figures, led by 25 out of Jaalen Moore. Nathan Scott got hot in the second half, scoring all 19 of his points in the 2nd. Isaiah Sulock and Wade Coomer each chipped in 16 for 22-2 Olney Central.
Lincoln Trail falls to 15-7 on the year. They travel to Vincennes on Wednesday. Olney Central is at Kaskaskia.
