While donations of all blood types are needed the current shortage of “Type O” blood, makes the need even greater. “Type O” Negative is considered to be universal and is most commonly used in emergency situations. In an effort to boost donations the Red Cross has joined forces with HBO’s “Game of Thrones” for the “Bleed #ForTheThrone” promotion.
