(Robinson) – The LTC Statesmen had a tough time finding their groove yesterday in an 8-2 loss to John A. Logan. John Cheatwood took the loss for LTC. He allowed seven hits and seven runs over five innings, striking out five. Jack Gallagher, John Kehoe, Bryce Daniels, and Roy Thurman each collected one hit for the Statesmen. With the loss the Statesmen fall to 5-10 on the season. They will try to get back on the winning side when they host John A. Logan tomorrow for a Saturday double-header.
