(Undated) – Voter turnout for the Consolidated Election is typically low and last night’s election was no different. According to Crawford County Clerk, Fayrene Wright, only about 16% of registered voters got out and cast a ballot.
Wright says that because of the low voter turnout this election cost the County more, because their expenses remain the same.
Last night’s voter turnout is down from the 24% that voted in the 2017 Consolidated Election but higher than the 10% of votes cast in 2015.
