(Undated) – If the latest “Hazardous Weather Outlook” is any indication we could be in for some rocky weather today. The National Weather Service forecast is calling for scattered thunderstorms to develop through the day. A few strong storms with gusty winds and small hail will be possible this afternoon. Sunshine will return to our forecast for Friday and Saturday with only a slight chance showers through Saturday afternoon and evening. The National Weather Service is also continuing to keep an eye towards the Wabash River. According to their latest data, the Wabash River in Hutsonville is expected to crest today at just over 20 feet. It is forecast to fall below Flood Stage by next Thursday.
