(Vincennes) – Visitors to Vincennes will have a chance to step back in time in a couple of weeks. The annual “Spirit of Vincennes Rendezvous” will be held May 25th, 9am-6pm and May 26th 10am-5pm, Indiana time. According to event organizers, this US revolutionary war reenactment offers all the sights, smells, sounds and tastes of the 18th century. Authentic battle reenactments are held four times during the event. Food from the era is prepared over open fires and merchant tents offer 18th-century wares.
