(Robinson) – The RHS Maroons picked up a win in Regional baseball action yesterday, hanging on for a 3-2 win over the Lawrenceville Indians. Landon Roy gets credit for the win pitching two innings of one-run ball. He walked two and struck out five. Levi Hodge was the starter going seven innings allowing one run on seven hits, striking out zero and walking zero. With the win, the Maroons improve to 21-6 overall and 7-1 in the LIC. They will face either Newton or Flora for the Regional Championship Saturday, with first pitch set for 11 am in Newton. Newton and Flora will square off this afternoon with first pitch at 4:30 pm.
