(Palestine) – The Unit 3 School Board took care of several items last night in preparation of the 2019-2020 school year. They approved the Consolidated District Plan and will be submitting it to the state. The tentative 2019-2020 school calendar was approved. However, according to Superintendent, Chris Long, the Illinois State Legislature is working on a sponsored bill which may change the process. The board approved the CCHD contract but tabled the “Athletic Training Agreement” with CMH until the information can be clarified. The board also set meeting dates for the 2019-2020 school year for the 3rd Monday of the month.
