(Robinson) – The 2019 edition of the Christmas Magic Festival is this weekend and organizers are putting the finishing touches on the annual event. Events kick-off Friday with seasonal, craft, and food booths opening at 4 pm on the downtown Robinson Square. The “ice skating” rink will open at 4 pm as well. Santa is set to arrive at the square at 6 pm. According to one of the event organizers, Mel McKinney, the festival has come a long way since its inception in 2009.
One of the marquee events of the weekend is the Christmas Magic Parade, which will be held on Saturday, at 6 pm. The festival wraps up on Sunday with the “ice skating” from 1 pm-4 pm. Learn more about this weekend’s festival by following the link.
