(Robinson) – A Robinson man was sentenced to time in the IDOC yesterday. Crawford County State’s Attorney, Matthew Hartrich, announced that thirty-five-year-old Timothy Simons the Second was sentenced to three years in the Department of Corrections followed by one year of mandatory supervised release on the Class 4 Felony charge of Aggravated DUI. The Crawford County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the prosecution of this case.
