(Undated) – The Robinson Police Department, like many public safety agencies, is experiencing a shortage of medical masks, hand sanitizer, and latex gloves brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. The RPD and the National Police Foundation are asking for the public’s help. Axon Enterprise, Inc. has committed over $1 million to help supply first responders with these needed supplies. Through a partnership with the National Police Foundation, they will match up to $500,000 in community donations. To date, the effort has raised one-hundred and sixty-three thousand dollars toward the five-hundred thousand dollar goal.
