(Undated) — Gas prices across the county continue to trend downward. According to GasBuddy.com, for the seventh straight week, the national average has declined, falling to $1.81 a gallon. That is a decline of five cents from a week ago. The statewide average here in Illinois has seen a rebound of almost three cents a gallon to $1.84. Prices in Indiana continue to be much lower than those here in Illinois. The statewide average in Indiana is down twelve cents a gallon from a week ago to $1.49 a gallon.
