(Palestine) – The Village of Palestine was planning to have a “Golf Cart/Side by Side” registration event this weekend but Mother Nature has put a stop to that. According to Palestine Police Chief, Jeff Besing, after looking at the weather forecast and seeing an 80% chance of rain and thunderstorms, the “Golf Cart / Side by Side” registration renewal scheduled for this Saturday has been canceled. Besing says they will re-schedule this registration event for May 30th and June 13th from 10 am to noon.
