Phase 3 of the Restore Illinois Plan is officially underway. Under Phase 3, inside pickup at restaurants will be allowed and outdoor seating is allowed at restaurants with social distancing in place. Fountain drinks at gas stations will be available with the attendant dispensing the drink. Some of the other changes include the opening of driving ranges, outdoor shooting ranges, non-essential manufacturing, and work for non-essential businesses. Finally, hair salons and barbershops as well as gyms are allowed to reopen to the public, but customers are required to wear a face mask or face shield.
