The Robinson Driver’s Services Facility is re-opening to the public today. The facility recommends that if your ID is not expired to wait a bit before heading in. The facility will not be converting regular IDs to Real ID at this time because the state has been given an extension until 2021 on the requirement. If you have a child that is looking at getting a learner’s permit, you are to go through the driver’s ed instructor. Officials will be performing title work, issuing duplicate licenses, renewing expired licenses or tags. Officials say that space is limited and once you arrive, you will be required to wear a mask or face covering. Finally, officials say that it is recommended to not wait until the last minute to get in as it may not be guaranteed that you will be served.
