(Undated) – A two-vehicle accident in Richland County yesterday afternoon sent a Robinson man to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. According to the Illinois State Police, 27-year-old Tyler Tennyson of Robinson was traveling East on US 50 when he failed to stop and ran into the back of the truck tractor semi-trailer being driven by 63-year-old Tony Biagi of Centralia. Biagi was slowing in traffic to make a right turn when Tennyson failed to reduce speed and drove into the back of the semi. Tennyson was airlifted to an area hospital. He was also cited for Operating a Vehicle with a Suspended Driver’s License and Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.
