(Undated) — Post-tropical depression Beryl will continue its trek today, bringing the potential for heavy rainfall to the listening area. According to the latest “Hazardous Weather Outlook” from the National Weather Service, one to four inches of rain could fall through the day today and into early tomorrow. They say flooding is possible due to the combination of heavy rainfall with moist soils from recent rains. As a result, a “Flood Watch” will remain in effect through early tomorrow. The National Weather Service says in addition, a few severe thunderstorms could occur with isolated wind gusts over 60 mph and a threat of tornados.
