Terre Haute Man Sentenced on Theft Charges

(Undated) – A Terre Haute man was sentenced to time in the IDOC during a July 24th Crawford County court appearance. According to Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, Berry Smith was sentenced to two years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on a Class 4 Felony charge of Theft. The Crawford County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the prosecution of this case.
