Gas Prices are Trending Lower

(Undated) – Gas prices continue to trend lower nationwide. According to GasBuddy.com, the national average has fallen to $3.42 a gallon, down four cents from Friday. Here in Illinois, the statewide average has fallen a nickel from Friday to $3.86 a gallon. Indiana drivers are paying an average of $3.47 a gallon, also down a nickel from Friday. Drivers in Mississippi continue to enjoy the lowest prices in the nation, with a statewide average of $2.92 a gallon. California drivers are paying the highest prices at $4.54 a gallon.
