Pelican Cove Wraps Up Season This Weekend

(Robinson) – Summer is winding down and the Robinson Park and Recreation Department has announced the closing date for Pelican Cove. According to Park and Recreation Superintendent, Tyson Murray, Pelican Cove’s last day will be August 18th. Murray says after the 18th, Pelican Cove will only be open on the weekends depending on lifeguard availability. The last “Wet Wednesday” will be this Wednesday, August 14th. Murray also says carnival rides have started to arrive at the Robinson City Park ahead of this weekend’s “End of Summer Carnival.”
