(Undated) – Gas prices have slipped lower as demand continues to decline. According to GasBuddy Head of Petroleum Analysis, Patrick De Haan, it seems fitting that in the run-up to Labor Day, the national average has fallen for a fourth straight week, giving Americans one last chance to hit the road with gas prices being less of a factor. De Haan says GasBuddy is now tracking eight states where the average price per gallon is already below the $3 mark. He says these numbers will continue to look better every week as we move into fall.
