HCE to Host “Widows Helping Widows” Planning Meeting

(Undated) – Crawford County Home and Community Education is organizing a support group for widows. HCE Representative, Hope Dennis, says they have come together and feel there could be a real need for those who are dealing with the loss of a husband to have a chance at support and fellowship. Dennis says the new “unit” called “Widows Helping Widows” will “help interested ladies heal from their loss, adjust to living, and rediscover the joys around them.” The HCE will be hosting a planning meeting on Tuesday at the U of I Extension Office beginning at 10:30 a.m. The office is located at 216 South Cross Street in Robinson.
