Area Man Sentenced to Five Years in IDOC

(Undated) – A West Liberty man was sentenced to time in the IDOC during a September 4th Crawford County court appearance. According to Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, twenty-year-old Alexander Matlock was sentenced to five years on a Class 2 Felony charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Deliver. The Crawford County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the prosecution of this case.
