Gas Prices Continue to Slip Lower

(Undated) – Gas prices continue to fall nationwide. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average has fallen to $3.16 a gallon, down six cents from Friday’s average. Here in Illinois, the statewide average has fallen to $3.41 a gallon, down a nickel from Friday. Across the river in Indiana, the statewide average has fallen seven cents over the weekend to $3.07 a gallon. Several states are showing gas below $3 a gallon but Mississippi has the lowest at $2.69 a gallon. California drivers are paying $4.68 a gallon.
