Oblong to host Electronics Recycling Event Saturday

(Oblong) – The Crawford County Fair Ground is going to be a busy place this weekend. Oblong Mayor, Teresa Fielder, is reminding the public that on Saturday from 9 a.m. to Noon, or until the trailers are full, an appliance/electronic recycling event will be held at the Oblong Public Works Maintenance Building at the Oblong Park. She says this event is open to everyone, regardless of where you live. B & H Recycling is in charge of the event. Also on Saturday, the Annual “Fall Derby” will be held beginning at 3 p.m. at the Crawford County Fairgrounds.
