Gas Prices Slip Lower

(Undated) – Gas prices slipped lower over the weekend. GasBuddy.com is reporting that the national average is $3.17 a gallon, down five cents from Friday. Here in Illinois, the statewide average is $3.47 a gallon, down two cents from Friday. Across the river in Indiana, the statewide average is $3.23 a gallon, also down two cents from Friday. Georgia has the lowest prices in the nation at $2.66 a gallon, down three cents from Friday. California has the highest statewide average at $4.59 a gallon, down four cents from Friday.
