Gas Prices Slip Lower

(Undated) – The national average for a gallon of regular unleaded continues to slip lower. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is $3.03 a gallon, a nickel lower than Friday. Here in Illinois, the statewide average is $3.19 a gallon, down three cents from Friday. Drivers in Indiana are paying an average of $3.01 a gallon, down five cents from Friday. Oklahoma has the lowest prices in the nation at $2.51 a gallon, unchanged from Friday. California has the highest statewide average at $4.38, six cents lower than Friday.
