Effingham Man Facing Child Porn Charges

(Effingham, IL) — An Effingham man faces child porn charges. Illinois Attorney General, Kwame Raoul’s, office charged Larry Gibson in an Effingham County Circuit Court. The charges come after Effingham Police searched Gibson’s home this week and discovered evidence of child porn.
