Several Sentenced During Late December Court Appearances

(Undated) – Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, is reporting the sentencing of several individuals in separate Crawford County Court appearances. According to Shaner, on December 30th Garret Godwin was sentenced to three years on a Class 3 Felony charge of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon, Robert O’Neal was sentenced to three years on a Class 4 Felony charge of Harassment by Telephone, Zachary Harris was sentenced to five years in the IDOC on a Class 3 Felony charge of Retail Theft, and Hayden Wood was sentenced to three years on a Class 3 Felony charge of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon. The Robinson Police Department and the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the prosecution of these cases.
