Rutan Reminds Students of Scholarship Opportunity

(Undated) – Crawford County Sheriff, Bill Rutan, is reminding local students of a scholarship opportunity. Rutan says his office is teaming with the Illinois Sheriffs’ Association and will be awarding one $500 scholarship to a local student wishing to pursue higher education at an Illinois College in the Fall of 2025.
