CMH Wants to Hear From the Public

(Undated) — Crawford Memorial Hospital is looking for the public’s input. CMH is conducting a “Community Health Needs Assessment” to evaluate our community’s overall health and well-being. CMH Director of Marketing, Becky Ruppel, says they invite the public to participate in a brief survey. She says your anonymous response will help the hospital understand diverse community perspectives, prioritize the health needs in our area, and develop an action plan to address those needs. Ruppel says the survey should take less than 10 minutes, and results will be available in several months after their assessment. Find a link to the survey below.
