CMH Hosting “Community Health Needs Assessment”

(Undated) — Crawford Memorial Hospital is looking for the public’s input. CMH is conducting a “Community Health Needs Assessment.” CMH Director of Marketing, Becky Ruppel, says every 3 years CMH conducts a “Community Health Needs Assessment” to evaluate the overall health needs of the area. She says they invite the public to participate in a brief survey and that your anonymous responses will help the hospital understand diverse community perspectives, prioritize the health needs in our area, and develop an action plan to address those needs. Ruppel says the survey should take less than 10 minutes and will be open until March 10th. Find a link to the survey below.
