“Community Health Needs Assessment” Survey Deadline is Coming Up

(Undated) — Crawford Memorial Hospital continues to ask for the public’s input. CMH is conducting a “Community Health Needs Assessment.” CMH Director of Marketing, Becky Ruppel, says every 3 years, they conduct the survey to evaluate the overall health needs of the area. She says they invite the public to participate by completing the brief survey. She says your anonymous responses will help the hospital understand diverse community perspectives, prioritize the health needs in our area, and develop an action plan to address those needs. Ruppel says the survey should take less than 10 minutes and will be open until Monday. Find a link to the survey below.
