Gas Prices See Jump From Monday

(Undated) — The national average for a gallon of regular unleaded has ticked higher since Monday. According to GasBuddy.com, the national average is $3.13 a gallon, up a dime from Monday. Here in Illinois, the statewide average is up seventeen cents from Monday at $3.39 a gallon. Drivers in Indiana are paying an average of $3.18 a gallon, up a quarter from Monday’s average. Mississippi drivers are paying the lowest prices on average in the nation at $2.65 a gallon. California drivers are paying the highest statewide average at $4.61 a gallon, a four-cent increase from Monday.
