(Undated) – The Crawford County Health Department is encouraging the community to take advantage of its “Residential Sharps Collection Program.” According to CCHD officials, the “Residential Sharps Collection Program” offers free “sharps” containers as well as properly disposing of full containers at no cost. Containers can be picked up and dropped off at the Crawford County Health Department and Harmon’s Drug Store in Palestine. They say all sharps must be in an approved sharps container before entering the building. For questions, please call 618-544-8798.
